Financing Infrastructure for Transport and Logistics within the Northern Dimension
Viktor Sergeyev, Academic Supervisor of the School of Logistics and Andrey Vinogradov, Deputy Head of the School for International Relations took part in the project ‘Financing Infrastructure for Transport and Logistics within the Northern Dimension’ by request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
Since 2001 HSE has been full member of the European Logistics Association. Professor Viktor Sergeyev is member of the ELA Presidium, member of ELA committees on research and on standardization and terminology in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

Professors Viktor Sergeyev and Valentina Dybskaya are members of the working group of the project ‘BestLog’ ELA. HSE School of Logistics is engaged in the following research activities in the framework of ‘BestLog’:
- Market monitoring and investigation of best practices of logistics providers.
- Best practices of Russian companies in logistics controlling.
- The use of logistics integration and SCM solutions in the practice of leading companies on Russian market.
- Best practices of European countries in training logistics and SCM managers.
- Analysis of best practices in the establishment of logistics infrastructure (logistics centres) for commodity markets and transport complex.
