During the training the participants of the seminar got acquainted with such concepts as:

  • RFI, RFP
  • Technical and commercial proposal
  • Lump Sum and Times & Materials contract forms
  • Risk management
  • Plan of works
  • Project team structure
  • Stakeholder management
  • Quality, time and cost control
  • Business ethics
  • Mentalities differences in international projects

During the practical part of the seminar the participants, divided into teams, applied their knowledge for the case of the transport industry.
