The lecture of Mikhail Heinmann on "Flexibility of the supply chain is the key to survival of industrial companies" was held at School of Logistics

The lecture of managing partner of First National Consulting Group Mikhail V. Heinmann took place on May 29th, 2017 at School of Logistics. There he shared his experience with students and teachers from the School of Logistics.

The lecture of Mikhail Heinmann on "Flexibility of the supply chain is the key to survival of industrial companies" was held at School of Logistics

Numerous case studies and some theoretical questions on the sustainability of supply chains of industrial companies were reviewed during the lecture:

  • Types and parameters of flexibility in the supply chain: strategic, tactical and operational levels.
  • Flexibility as an effective regulator of the parameters of the supply chain: costs in the supply chain, the reaction time to changes, level of service, etc.
  • Flexibility and life cycle of the product.
  • Monetization flexibility of the supply chain.
  • Assessment of the flexibility of production and labour.

This lecture continued the tradition of annual meetings with M.V. Heinmann.
