All materials should be submitted not later than till April 10, 2016

The best papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Publication is available to full-time participants only. The Conference Proceedings is expected to be published till the end of 2016.

 International Section will be holding a competition of scientific reports among students and postgraduate students. Winners will be rewarded (books and/or journals) during the conference last plenary session.

 Prior to submission please make sure that your paper is in line with the following guidelines.

Paper Length

Articles should be no more than 5 000 characters with spaces in length for students and 10 000 characters with spaces in length for postgraduate students. This applies to the entire text including references and appendices. Only one figure is allowed. Please note  the requirements to figures listed below.

Author’s Details

The following details should be specified on the application form (see “Application form to participate in the student and postgraduate student conference”) as well as in the right upper corner of the article:

  • First line: surname and initials of each author in the first line
  • Second line: degree, academic title, surname and initials of the supervisor
  • Third line: full name of the educational institution and city
  • Fourth line: blank
  • Fifth line: article title in bold with centre alignment*.
  • Sixth line: article abstract
  • Seventh line: blank

The title should be centered and marked in bold.

Notes/Endnotes

Notes or Endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, referred to at the end of the page.

Charts

Charts should be MS Word created and incorporated in the main text. Each chart and chart column should have a heading

Ensure that all superscripts or asterisks are shown next to the relevant items and have corresponding explanations displayed as footnotes to the chart, figure or plate.

References*

  References to other publications should be in Harvard style. You should cite publications in the main text by using the author's surname (Ivanov, 2014), or in case there are two authors the surnames of both authors (Ivanov and Petrov, 2014), or in case there are more than two authors the surname of the first author followed by “ et al.”(Ivanov et al., 2014). At the end of the paper a reference list of publications in alphabetical order should be added in the following manner:
